By Horace Palacio: On Monday, the Belize Tourism Board (BTB) announced the exciting lineup of local artists set to perform at the highly anticipated Belize International Music and Food Festival. The festival, scheduled for July 27th and 28th at the Saca Chispas Field in San Pedro, will feature a vibrant mix of musical genres and culinary delights.
Among the talented local performers taking the stage will be the renowned Belize Brokdong Combo. This dynamic group, known for their infectious energy and captivating performances, will showcase the rich heritage of Brokdown music, a genre deeply rooted in Belizean culture.
The media had the opportunity to catch up with the members of the Belize Brokdong Combo during a press conference held at the Artist Development Centre on July 22nd.
