He was welcomed by Pamela Handal Rivera, Subsecretary of State for Foreign Policy.
The visit includes a meeting with Honduran President Nasry Asfura and is focused on strengthening bilateral relations and advancing cooperation between the two countries. Discussions are expected to address shared priorities and opportunities for deeper collaboration.
Travelling with the Prime Minister is a Belizean delegation including Minister of Health and Wellness Kevin Bernard, Narda Garcia, Chief Executive Officer in the Office of the Prime Minister, Julio Sabido, Chief Executive Officer in the Ministry of Health and Wellness, and Oscar Arnold, Chief Executive Officer in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.
The presence of health officials in the delegation suggests cooperation in that sector will feature in the talks.
