By Zoila Palma: Today, Francis Fonseca, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belize, and Carlos Ramiro Martínez, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala are today conducting an official visit to the OAS Office in the Adjacency Zone.
They were welcomed by Antonia Urrejola, the Special Representative of the Secretary General of the Organization of American States for Belize and Guatemala Affairs.
The Foreign Ministers and their delegation will be briefed on the activities of the Office for 2026 and on an operational framework plan which will be presented to the OAS General Assembly.
