Belize Ambassador to Taiwan joined Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for opening of 2024 Taiwan International Tea, Coffee, and Wine Expo

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On November 15, 2024, Belize’s Ambassador to Taiwan Dr. Candice Pitts joined Remus Chen, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Li-Cheng Cheng, Director General of Latin American and Caribbean Affairs of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, other government officials, representatives from other countries, and Director Violeta Hsu of Central America Trade Office for the opening ceremony of the 2024 Taiwan International Tea, Coffee, and Wine Expo.

Taiwan International Tea, Coffee, and Wine Expo is one of the most significant trade exhibitions in Asia. 

There are more than 500 exhibitors registered to participate in this event, more than 1,300 booths present, and more than 150,000 visitors. 

This year, Belize displays its premium products such as coffee, cacao beans, cacao products, pepper sauce, rum and wine at the Central America Pavilion Belize Showcase. 

Taiwan International Tea, Coffee, and Wine Expo was held from November 15-18, 2024, at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1.
