PRIVATE PROPERTY FOR SALE
Following a resolution of its Board of Directors, the Belize Agricultural Health Authority (BAHA) invites sealed bids from the public for the purchase of a parcel of land located on Forest Drive, Belmopan, Cayo District. The sale of this land will partially finance the construction of a centralized laboratory building in Belmopan. This sale has a confidential reserve price.

Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly labelled “Bid for Purchase of Land on Forest Drive, Belmopan” and submitted no later than the close of business on Friday, January 30th, 2026.

The successful bidder will be informed by telephone and email with detailed instructions on payment and title transfer. Full payment must be made within two (2) weeks of being awarded the bid.
The successful bidder will be responsible for paying all applicable transfer and stamp duties related to the transfer of ownership. Failure to make payment within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the land. No late payment requests or partial payments will be accepted.
