BCLF: 2024 Short Fiction Story Contests

The Brooklyn Caribbean Literary Festival (BCLF) is a New York City-based not-for-profit organization that celebrates Caribbean literature and the region’s history of storytelling to the United States first, then wider global audiences. The BCLF team reminds us of this year’s Short Fiction Story Contests, now under way, saying “Let 2024 be the year that you tell your story, whatever it may be, wherever in the world you may reside.” Here are some details for the BCLF Elizabeth Nunez Award for Writers in the Caribbean and the BCLF Elizabeth Nunez Caribbean-American Writer’s Prize. The deadline for submission of stories is July 1, 2024, at 11:59pm (EST).
