By Zoila Palma: Today, the Institute of Archeology informed that Barton Creek Archaeological Reserve is now OPEN for visitations.
The Nohoch Ch’een Archaeological Reserve remains CLOSED until further notice.
All other archaeological reserves, including Actun Tunichil Mucnal (ATM) are OPEN for visitations.
Tour operators and tour guides are advised to exercise caution, especially during water-based activities.
