By Aaron Humes: A Belize City home owner suffered a burglary over the weekend.
According to police, the resident of Bachelor Avenue in Kings’ Park reported that her pink-colored upstairs cement house was broken into between November 29 around 5:30 in the evening, and December 1 around 7:30 in the evening.
The burglars are believed to have gotten in by breaking the locks of the front door, but on making checks the homeowner found that nothing was missing from inside her house.
Police processed the scene but did not find anyone inside or nearby. Their investigations continue.
