By Zoila Palma: Reports to BBN is that sometime around 5:45 p.m. today, two armed thieves entered Anna’s Store on George Price Highway in Santa Elena and held up the cashier.
The culprits reportedly ran out of the store and escaped into the road beside the store.
The owner of the store then exited the store behind them with his licensed weapon but they had escaped.
Police are investigating.
This is the second armed robbery in Santa Elena Town this week as Tropigas Santa Elena was robbed on Thursday evening by 2 armed men wearing motorcycle helmets.
