By Zoila Palma: The Institute of Archaeology (IA) advised that due to rising river levels and flash flood conditions upstream, all water related activities at Nooch Che’en Archaeological Reserve is suspended at this time.
All other Archaeological Reserves remain OPEN for visitation at this time.
Tour Guides and Tour Operators are urged to remain cautious.
The Institute of Archaeology says that it will continue to monitor conditions closely and provide updates as necessary.
