By Zoila Palma: Barbara Sho is seeking the public’s assistance to assist her son Aeden with medical expenses.
Barbara says that 9-year-old Aeden has been battling many health challenges since the day he was born.
“Despite everything, he remains a bright, loving, and strong child. Mentally, he shines but physically, his journey has been very difficult.
Aeden has:
Severe hearing loss in his left ear
Moderate hearing loss in his right ear
Diabetes
Other medical conditions we are still trying to understand,” Barbara explained.
Barbara says that her son urgently needs hearing aids to help him communicate better.
In addition, he needs back surgery for scoliosis, which must be done in the United States because it cannot be performed in Belize and a jaw surgery and genetic tests.
However, that costs 24,000 pesos and Barbara is raising funds to cover these expenses.
