By Zoila Palma: Church Senator Louis Wade Jr. has publicly expressed his opposition to the Belize Family Life Association (BFLA)’s call for the removal of the criminalization of abortion in Belize.
“Show me wa real man !!!
If you want to be a weak woman and kill the baby inside of you, do not expect us to be weak men by standing aside and allowing you to commit murder.
At that point the defenseless, innocent, vulnerable baby deserves the protection of every real man,” Wade said.
Wade added that abortion “kills far more little girls than little boys.”
Meanwhile, the BFLA has indicated that it is “promoting safety” and women’s rights and women’s reproductive health.
