By Zoila Palma: The Belize Water Services (BWS) continues upgrading the water network in San Mateo to improve water service and expand coverage within the community.
BWS says that the project includes the installation of approximately 1,380 feet of new water mains, along with 25 new service connections in the area.
“Once completed, these improvements will help provide better water pressure, greater service coverage, and a stronger water network, while supporting the community’s continued growth and development,” BWS noted.
BWS extended appreciation to the Government of Belize for its investment in this project and its support toward improving water infrastructure for the community.
