By Zoila Palma: The UDP has reportedly received the applications of 10 political aspirants applying for Councilor candidates as parties gear up for the 2027 municipal elections.
Mayor Earl Trapp is seeking a 5th consecutive term as Mayor of San Ignacio and Santa Elena.
Current Councilors Abdel Cowo, Lin Valentine, Bernadette Fernandez, Iliana Moreno and Sandra Lanza also applied.
Newcomers Kimberly Price, Earl Aragon, Santiago Clarke, Marlon Fernandez and Francis Contreras have also applied.
The UDP is expected to hold a convention to select its councilor candidates for the upcoming municipal elections.
