“Regarding FAST Construction Ltd., BWSL awarded the company a single contract, which was the 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭, 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐱𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐁𝐙$𝟏.𝟒 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧. This contract was awarded following a bidding process that was openly advertised both locally and internationally; and conducted in full compliance with the procurement requirements of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), and the World Bank. These institutions independently oversee the procurement process, ensuring that contracts are awarded fairly, transparently, and in the best interest of the public,” BWS noted.

BWSL says that it remains committed to transparency, accountability, and adherence to established procurement policies and procedures.
