Belizeans can look forward to another day of pleasant weather as mainly fair conditions continue to prevail across the country.
According to the National Meteorological Service, today will feature sunny skies with a few cloudy spells, creating ideal conditions for outdoor activities, travel and business operations.
Showers and thunderstorms are expected to remain isolated throughout most of Belize. However, residents in the extreme south could experience a few additional showers or thunderstorms later tonight.
Temperatures will remain warm across the country, with inland areas expected to reach highs of 94 degrees Fahrenheit. Coastal communities can expect temperatures near 89 degrees, while the hills will remain cooler at around 82 degrees.
Marine conditions remain moderate with east-southeasterly winds blowing between 10 and 20 knots and wave heights ranging from 4 to 6 feet.
There is also good news for those monitoring the tropics. Forecasters say tropical cyclone development is not expected anywhere in the region during the next 48 hours.
