By Breaking Belize News Staff: The family of Special Constable Manuel Smith is mourning his loss after he was found shot to death this morning in San Ignacio.
SC Smith and SC Fidencia Osgalla were found with multiple gunshot wounds inside a car near the Nazarene Primary School this morning in Santa Elena, Cayo.
Two years ago, on June 30, 2024, Manuel’s son, Anthony Smith was gunned down in front of China Town Restaurant.
At the time of his murder, surveillance footage showed the lone gunman approaching and shooting Anthony.
This murder remains unsolved.
