The Sembrando Vida Project, an initiative of the Government of Mexico, provides support to small farmers while promoting sustainable agricultural and forestry practices. It aligns with the commitments of the Great Mayan Forest Initiative among Belize, Guatemala, and Mexico.
The joint effort is part of the Great Maya Forest Initiative, reaffirming Belize and Mexico’s commitment to environmental protection, inclusive development, and shared prosperity in Mesoamerica.
