By Zoila Palma: The Cristo Rey Village Council cleared up 30 bags of garbage from Cristo Rey to San Ignacio during their clean up campaign today.
“Thanks to everyone that helped out today. Thanks to Crystal Paradise Resort The Lodge at Chaa Creek and Cesar Juarez for lending us the canoes. Thanks to Mr. Andy Tut for picking us up at the end point.
Thanks to Eco Friendly Solutions and Friends for Conservation and Development for helping us in coordinating this massive clean up,” the council said.
The council thanked all volunteers who joined.
