By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): Three individuals, including two minors, have been detained following a police operation in Guinea Grass Village that led to the discovery of suspected crack cocaine.
Reports indicate that on Saturday, March 28, 2026, around 6:00 p.m., the Quick Response Team (QRT) executed a search warrant at a residence in the village.
Upon arrival, officers encountered three individuals inside the home. During a search of the premises, police discovered a small white bottle on a kitchen table containing a white substance suspected to be crack cocaine.
The substance was examined in the presence of the individuals and amounted to 27 pieces, weighing approximately 2.5 grams.
All three individuals were detained pending charges as investigations continue.
