Consumers in Punta Gorda Town faced above-average price increases across multiple major categories of the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
Notable rises were observed in food, non-alcoholic beverages, restaurant and accommodation services, clothing and footwear, alcoholic beverages, electricity, and health services.
Meanwhile, Orange Walk Town experienced only modest price growth. Increases were limited to essential items such as food, non-alcoholic beverages, health services, restaurant and café services, miscellaneous printed materials, and secondary education.
