Belize Weather: February goes out like a lamb

By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts mostly sunny skies today and clear to partly cloudy skies tonight with little or no rain expected as a fresh and mostly dry easterly airflow prevails.

High temperatures peak at 85 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 91 degrees over inland areas and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 78 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 68 degrees inland and 64 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly at five to 15 knots and seas run light chop.

Tides will be high at 8:39 this morning and 7:59 this evening and low at 1:25 this afternoon. The sun rose at 6:11 this morning and sets at 5:58 this evening.

On Sunday, generally fair conditions are expected to prevail and showers, if any, will be isolated.
