By Zoila Palma: The Ministry of Rural Transformation is proud to announce that 121 households in Yemeri Grove now have access to reliable, potable water.
This week, the Ministry of Rural Transformation, Community Development, and Local Government, in partnership with UNICEF, officially inaugurated the new Yemeri Grove Water System in the Toledo District.
“This milestone project grants the community full water independence, moving away from a shared system with Laguna Village that previously faced numerous technical challenges, and reflects the Government’s unwavering commitment to ensuring every rural community has access to a safe, sustainable, and independent water supply,” the Ministry explained.
