By Zoila Palma: The Ministry of Rural Transformation, Community Development, and Local Government continues its mission to enhance rural infrastructure with the official handover of water system expansion materials and a heavy-duty 30 kW V8 Diesel generator to San Estevan Village.
Prime Minister John Briceño joined Minister of Rural Transformation Oscar Requena at the handover ceremony.
“This investment provides the San Estevan waterboard with the high-grade piping and resilient power backup necessary to meet community growth and ensure dependable water access for all households,” the Ministry said.
