By Aaron Humes: This afternoon ACP Hilberto Romero of National Crimes Investigation Branch said police had no update on missing Canadian national Alfred Pleil of Punta Gorda: “There is no update. So far, he still has not been found.”
64-year-old Pleil has been missing for over a week. Pleil, who had been residing in the Indianville area, was reported missing after he failed to appear at his regular dining spots and was last seen in Punta Gorda.
On Monday, police said they had discovered Pleil’s vehicle abandoned in the area, but denied reports his body had also been found. Those who have seen him or know where he is can contact 922 or the nearest Police Station.
