By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts sunny skies with a few cloudy spells today and clear to partly cloudy skies tonight. Little or no rain is expected as mainly fair weather conditions prevail, although changes are expected on Monday.
High temperatures peak at 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 89 degrees inland and 75 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 76 degrees along the coast, 68 degrees inland and 62 degrees in the hills.
Winds will be easterly to southeasterly at five to 15 knots and sea state choppy.
Tides will be high at 2:20 this afternoon and low at 8:39 this evening. The sun sets at 5:44 this evening.
Skies will be cloudy at times on Monday, becoming mostly cloudy by Monday night. Showers begin isolated at first, occurring mostly offshore and over some coastal areas before gradually increasing, along with periods of rain and a chance for isolated thunderstorms, spreading to most places hy evening ahead of an approaching cold front.
