This Thursday, January 15, George Price Day, football fans in Belmopan can enjoy a festive afternoon of Premier League of Belize (PLB) actio as three top-tier clubs take the field in a Pre-Season Quadrangular at Isidoro Beaton Stadium, kicking off at 4:00 pm.
The participating PLB teams are:
- Verdes FC (Since 1976)
- Napoles FC Belmopan
- Belmopan FC
They’ll be joined by Belmopan 1xst division side, Police United (Wingz FC), a non-PLB side invited to round out the four-team format and add competitive variety to the event.
Tickets:
- Adults: $10
- Kids: $3
The quadrangular offers fans a chance to preview lineups, scout new talent, and enjoy high-level football before the official start of the 2026 PLB Closing Season. With the day marked as a public holiday, organizers are encouraging families and supporters to come out early and enjoy the matchday atmosphere.
