By Breaking Belize News Staff: Police have formally charged Latrell Middleton following an investigation into traffic violations reported on Sunday, January 11, 2026.
According to police, Middleton was arrested and charged after an information and complaint was sworn. He faces charges of using a motor vehicle not covered by third-party risk insurance, operating an unlicensed motor vehicle, and driving without a valid driver’s license.
Police say Middleton was cautioned and chose to remain silent. He was later granted bail in the sum of five hundred dollars and released pending his court appearance.
Middleton is scheduled to appear before the Magistrate’s Court on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 9:00 a.m
