By Zoila Palma: Today, PAHO Belize handed over critical equipment and accessories to the Ministry of Health & Wellness.
The support enhances national capacity to generate, update, and analyze mental health data from the Belize Health Information System (BHIS).
The equipment handed over included:
Desktops with 1TB storage
Laptop
Monitor screens
USB Headsets
Backup Units
“By strengthening health information management, this initiative will improve mental health interventions and promote evidence-based policies to better address mental health needs in Belize,” PAHO noted.
