By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): Police are investigating a break-in at a business establishment along the Belize–Corozal Road following a burglary reported over the weekend.
Officials reported that the burglary occurred around 4:04 a.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025, but was discovered and reported to police on Sunday morning. The business was accessed after burglars broke a small rear window, allowing entry into the building.
Police said the burglars made off with cash and a cellular phone, with losses estimated at $885. No suspects have been identified at this time.
Police visited the scene, documented the point of entry, and obtained video footage that may assist with the investigation. The matter remains under investigation.
