By Breaking Belize News Staff: Arthur Hill made an appearance in the High Court last week as he awaits trial for murder.
Hill appeared before Justice Nigel Pilgrim on Thursday, December 11, 2025, where his matter was adjourned for a Case Management Conference (CMC) scheduled for Friday, December 19, 2025. Following the court appearance, Hill was remanded back to the Belize Central Prison.
Hill is represented by attorney Simeon Sampson, who informed the court that he recently visited his client at the Belize Central Prison and will be filing the necessary CMC documents ahead of the next court date.
Hill was first arraigned on the charge of murder on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. He is accused of the murder of 33-year-old Mark Usher Jr., which allegedly occurred on Saturday night, March 8, 2025, in the Fabers Road area of Belize City.
