By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident that occurred around 5:35 pm on Sunday, December 7, 2025, on the Main Road in Trial Farm Village, Orange Walk. Officers arrived to find a Hispanic woman identified as Delty Cordova lying motionless in the middle of the roadway with severe head and body injuries. She died at the scene.
Initial investigations indicate that a 16-year-old male riding a white motorcycle toward Trial Farm made a sudden left turn in front of another motorcycle traveling behind him. The second motorcycle was carrying a male rider and a female passenger.
The female passenger was flung from the motorcycle and sustained fatal injuries. The male rider received abrasions classified as harm. The teen rider was also injured, with wounds classified as wounding. Both motorcycles sustained visible damage.
Police say the teen does not hold a driver’s license. The investigation is ongoing.
