In honor of her remarkable 25 years of dedicated service, the BNLSIS has proudly granted her this well-deserved recognition.
Beginning her career at a very young age, Garcia has grown into one of the most well-known and respected figures within the institution.
“Her professionalism, strong work ethic, and genuine commitment to public service have significantly enriched the library system and strengthened its impact on the community,” the BNLSIS noted.
“Over the years, she has touched the lives of countless children and members of the public whom we serve daily. Her warmth, kindness, and dedication have made her not only a valued colleague but also an inspiration to all who have had the privilege of working with her or receiving her support,” it added.
The BNLSIS extended congratulations to Garcia and expressed deepest appreciation for her outstanding contributions and lasting influence on the Belize National Library and Information System.
