Smith was last seen on Saturday, November 29, 2025.
Smith is described as being of Creole descent with a dark complexion and a slim build.
He stands approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall.
Residents are urged to report any information on his whereabouts by contacting Crime Stoppers at 922, using the P3 app, or visiting the nearest police station.
