By Aaron Humes: According to police, contractor Earl Archer, 41, while known to them, has not been linked to any gang-related activity, and no motive has been established for his murder on Saturday.
Archer was found with gunshot wounds on Pelican Street by police on patrol who had heard shots fired. He died after being taken to Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Police investigations continue.
