During the session, educators reviewed the improved system designed to streamline recruitment and employment, enhance transparency, and ensure greater efficiency in welcoming new educators into the profession.
“This collaborative effort reflects our ongoing dedication to improving service delivery and supporting the growth of Belize’s education sector. Together, we continue to build a future-ready system that better serves our teachers, schools, and students,” the Ministry said.
