According to Halo BPO, applicants must have a minimum of two years of sales experience, with credit repair experience considered an asset. Candidates should also possess strong communication skills, the ability to manage complex customer interactions, and the confidence to sell effectively over the phone.
To qualify, applicants must meet key technical requirements, including a minimum internet speed of 85 Mbps down and 45 Mbps up, as well as access to a working computer system for the first two weeks of training. The company will provide all necessary equipment after training is completed.
