In his address, Mayor Rosales highlighted that anyone, regardless of gender, can be a victim or a perpetrator of abuse.
“Accepting this fact is the first step toward true prevention and protection for all,” he said, urging parents to set a positive example for their children.
The event focused on raising awareness and empowering students to take an active role in preventing gender-based violence within their communities.
