By Aaron Humes: Today, Saturday, November 22, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Belize City police received reports of gunfire on Antelope Street Extension. Responding officers found a young man lying face up in a drain beside the road, exhibiting multiple gunshot wounds and unresponsive.
Investigations indicate that Daniel Tillett, a 22-year-old Belizean call agent residing at Antelope Street Extension, was riding his motorcycle home when he was ambushed. Three unidentified men emerged from a nearby street and fired several shots at him before escaping.
Police are currently investigating.
