According to the company, the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting customers with parts inquiries and product support, refilling and organizing parts on shelves, preparing quotations, processing customer orders, and receiving or tagging machines to be repaired.
Applicants are expected to have strong communication and multitasking skills, along with knowledge and experience with parts for motorcycles, trimmers, chainsaws, and lawn mowers. The company notes that flexible availability and customer service experience are preferred, while a high school diploma is considered an asset.
