Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology was returned to Minister Francis Fonseca who is also the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Meanwhile, Minister Oscar Requena got back his portfolio in the Ministry of Rural Transformation, Local Government and Community development.
