By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): Belizeans can look forward to a bright and mostly dry Saturday, as the National Meteorological Service forecasts fair weather conditions across the country.
Today’s outlook calls for mostly sunny skies with occasional cloudy periods, and very little rainfall expected. Tonight will bring partly cloudy skies and only isolated showers in a few areas.
Forecaster Catherine Cumberbatch reports that the current weather pattern is influenced by a light and dry airflow, helping to maintain clear skies and warm daytime temperatures.
Inland temperatures are forecasted to reach 91°F (33°C), while coastal areas will see highs around 87°F (31°C). The hills will remain cooler at 80°F (27°C).
On the seas, conditions remain calm with slight waves and light variable winds, ideal for small craft operators and recreational activities.
The tropical weather outlook continues to show no signs of cyclone development in the region, offering reassurance of a quiet period for Belize and neighboring waters.
By Sunday and Sunday night, however, expect cloudier intervals and a few coastal showers or isolated thunderstorms as moisture slightly increases.
