By Zoila Palma: Today, Santa Elena Primary informed its community that this morning, they discovered that their school had been broken into.
Santa Elena Primary noted that a new laptop, speakers, petty cash, and other important items were stolen.
“Mein, this is just sad. When you steal from a school, you do not just take things. You take away opportunities for children to learn and for teachers to do their work,” the school said.
“If anyone has information that can help with the investigation, we would truly appreciate your support. Anyone who would like to donate toward replacing the stolen items can contact the school office at 824 2919 or email santaelenaschool@seps.edu.bz,” the school added.
Santa Elena Primary thanks the community for standing with them as they continue to rebuild.
