By Aaron Humes: Belize’s representative in the 2025 Miss Earth competition departed this afternoon to seek her crown in the Philippines.
Paris Cawich considers herself an advocate for conservation and preservation of the rainforest and mangroves, working with children to teach the importance of such conservation.
The pageant will be held on November 5.
While no national costume competition will be part of the pageant, an online competition is taking place. Paris says her costume includes “a tree that many Belizeans hold dear.”
Cawich looks to join Destiny Wagner as Belize’s second Big 4 pageant winner after Wagner took the Miss Earth crown in 2020.
