Verdes FC travel to Belmopan on Saturday night to face Napoles FC in a rescheduled fixture of the 2025–2026 Premier League of Belize Opening Championship. Originally set for midweek, the match was moved to Saturday, October 4, with kickoff at 7:30 pm at the Isidoro Beaton Stadium.
Verdes lead the PLB standings with 17 points and a +14 goal difference and remain unbeaten after seven rounds. Their first-round meeting with Napoles ended in a 1–1 draw, and Saturday’s clash offers a chance to extend their lead and reinforce their title credentials.
Napoles, fourth with 10 points, will be eager to close the gap, but Verdes arrive with momentum and depth. Expect a tactical contest as the visitors aim to stay clear at the top.
