By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): The National Meteorological Service reports that a light and warm airflow continues to dominate Belize’s weather pattern, bringing another day of mostly fair skies across the country.
Today’s forecast calls for sunny skies with a few cloudy spells in the morning and early afternoon. Showers or isolated thunderstorms will be minimal but could develop over inland areas during the late afternoon or evening hours.
Tonight, conditions will remain partly cloudy and mild, with only the chance of brief, isolated showers.
Marine conditions: Winds will remain light and variable, contributing to a slight sea state with waves ranging between 1 and 3 feet. These calm conditions make for safe navigation, but small craft operators are still advised to exercise caution during any brief downpours.
Temperatures: It will be another warm day with highs of 90°F along the coast, 95°F inland, and 82°F in the hills. Overnight lows are expected at 82°F, 74°F, and 68°F respectively.
Outlook: The forecast for Tuesday and Tuesday night indicates that fair and warm weather will continue to prevail, with shower activity remaining isolated and short-lived.
Belize remains in the peak of the hurricane season, but current conditions point to a generally quiet weather day for the country.
