By Aaron Humes: One man has died this evening near Old Belize after police responded to reports of gunfire around mile 4 on the George Price Highway.
Gaston Barrow was transported to the hospital with serious gunshot wounds. Reports indicate that Barrow succumbed to his injuries shortly after arriving at the hospital.
A second victim, identified as Kirk Clarke, was also admitted with gunshot wounds.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, and police are currently seeking additional information regarding the suspect and motive behind the attack.
