By Aaron Humes: Police sources say a beloved tamales vendor, known for his friendly demeanor, has been savagely stabbed to death in Bella Vista, Toledo District. The victim’s body was discovered dumped in a drain with multiple stab wounds, alongside his motorcycle and cooler.
The victim, identified only for now as “Mr. Pop” in police reports, is described by locals as a friendly and well-respected member of the community. His brutal murder has left residents stunned, as he was not known to have any enemies. This incident marks the second murder in Bella Vista after that of Virgen Ceron last week.
The police have sealed off the area and launched an investigation into the murder.
