By Breaking Belize News Staff: The Belize Met Service reports generally fair weather today thanks to a weak easterly to southeasterly airflow.
Expect sunshine with occasional cloudy periods, with isolated showers and thunderstorms, more frequent in the south. Tonight, skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy with showers and thunderstorms lingering mainly over southern Belize.
Mariners can expect slight seas, with E-SE winds of 5–15 knots and wave heights of 1–3 feet.
Daytime highs will reach 95°F inland, 90°F along the coast, and 84°F in the hills, while nighttime lows fall to 75°F inland, 84°F on the coast, and 68°F in the hills.
The Tropical Weather Outlook indicates no tropical cyclone development in the North Atlantic Basin within the next 48 hours.
For Wednesday, scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely, particularly in southern districts during the day and spreading across the country Wednesday night.
