By Aaron Humes: Juan David Ruiz Montenegro, 20, was the driver in the fatal accident reported on Sunday evening on the Thomas Vincent Ramos (Southern) Highway.
According to police, Ruiz Montenegro, known as David, was driving from Medina Bank to Bella Vista with elder sister and footballer Sidney Ruiz Montenegro, 21, and one Asuncion Tush, when between miles 62 and 63 on the Highway he lost control and flipped the brown Wingle truck in which they were traveling. Both were killed on the spot and Tush injured.
Police are now investigating, including an inspection of the vehicle and the scene.
